Single-Sided FCCL (PNS H)

This product is composed of Polyimide and Cu foil. Excellent balance of product properties. Excellent heat resistance due to its high Glass-transition temperature (Tg336℃). Excellent dimensional stability. Low water absorption (After water immersion: 1.4%) Excellent in small radius sliding.

Double-Sided FCCL (PKRW)

PKRW has been adopted for use in a large number of smart phones due to its excellent property balance. Flexible with small repulsion. Excellent in dimensional stability. Excellent in heat resistance and also solder heat resistance after moist-heat treatment. Halogen-free product. (Certified by UL) PKRW A is a dimensional stability improved product based on PKRW.
