Force Majeure Of Neoprene Being Lifted March 1st

Denka Performance Elastomer (DPE) and Mitsui Plastics Inc. (MPI) notified customers of a Force Majeure event September 2, 2021, due to Hurricane Ida.  DPE and MPI are announcing the lifting of Force Majeure on all Neoprene types for shipment from March 1st, 2022 onwards.   Although the lifting of Force Majeure on the above products is an indication of our progress, please note that DPE and MPI will continue to employ sales order controls to both manage demand and communicate supply expectations.
