HIGH FLOW ABILITY	The excellent high flow of TOYOLAC ABS allows our customers to select the specific flow and balance of proterties required for their applications.

"WHITENESS" AND OPACITY	Toray employs second generation mass polymerization technology, allowing excellent whiteness of pellets. This translates into superior appearance of molded parts.

ENGINEERED BLACK GRADES	TOYOLAC black ABS grades are specifically compounded to retain higher impact strengths. Since less colorant is needed, this allows for higher retention of physical properties.

EASIER COLOR MATCHING	The whiteness of TOYOLAC ABS allows molders to use less color pigment. This yields lower coloring cost and lower part weight.

CONSISTENCY	Mass polymerization allows TOYOLAC ABS molders to achieve excellent lot to lot consistency.

INTRODUCTION OF TOYOLAC ABS RESIN "Toyolac" is the brand name of Toray's Thermoplastic material known as ABS resin which is composed of acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene. "Toyolac" is lightweight, strong. Easily processable and ensures excellent mechanical, chemical, electrical and coloring properties. "Toyolac" has proven far superior to other brands of ABS in terms of excellent and stabe whiteness of thepellents and the uniform quality.
